Grapefruit brûlée with granola
Ingredients

| 2 | pink grapefruit, cut in half |
| 2 tbsp | cane sugar |
| 300 g | plain greek yoghurt |
| 50 g | Granola |
How it's done
Grapefruit
Sprinkle the cut surface of the grapefruit with sugar, caramelize with a blowtorch. Top with yoghurt and granola.
