Ingredients

for 8 person

Filling
2 tbsp fine whole-grain rolled oats
2 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp cocoa powder
30 g almond, coarsely chopped
30 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
4 tbsp filling with almonds
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pears
pear, halved, cored
1 dl water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
To serve
200 g sour single cream
1 tbsp almonds, coarsely chopped
20 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Filling

Mix the oats, sugar, cocoa powder, almonds and chocolate in a bowl. Add the baking mixture and lemon juice, mix well with a spoon.

Pears

Place the pears in the dish, spread the filling on top. Combine the water, lemon juice and sugar, pour into the dish.

To bake

Approx. 45 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C.

To serve

Serve the pears lukewarm with the sour single cream, drizzle with a little syrup. Sprinkle with the almonds and chocolate.
