Baked potatoes with pizza topping
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 kg | baked potato |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tsp | sea salt |
| 200 g | tomato sauce |
| 150 g | mozzarella, cut into cubes |
| 60 g | salami, cut into slices |
| ½ bunch | basil, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Baked potatoes
Prick the sweet potatoes 3 times with a fork, brush with oil, season with salt, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 45 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, slice down the middle, push apart slightly. Top with the tomato sauce and mozzarella, add the salami.
Finish cooking
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of the oven. Garnish with basil.
