Croissant and berry bake
Ingredients
for 8 person
2 ½ dl | full cream |
2 | fresh eggs |
3 tbsp | cane sugar |
1 | organic lime, use grated zest only |
1 tsp | vanilla paste |
¼ tsp | salt |
250 g | frozen berry mixture |
6 | croissants, cut into thirds |
1 tbsp | cane sugar |
How it's done
Sauce
Mix the cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt.
Bake
Place the berries in the prepared dish, slot in the croissants, pour the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the sugar, cover and leave to absorb for approx. 1 hr.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven and leave to stand for approx. 5 mins., serve warm.
