Pumpernickel with trout
Ingredients
for 2 person
100 g | smoked trout fillets (organic) |
100 g | crème fraîche |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
4 slice | pumpernickel |
½ tbsp | olive oil |
30 g | Micro Greens |
How it's done
Spread
Finely shred the trout fillets in a bowl using two forks. Add the crème fraîche, mix and season.
Pumpernickel
Brush both sides of the pumpernickel with oil, fry in a frying pan for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Top with the spread, garnish with the micro greens.
