Multivitamin smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 person
| ½ | organic orange, cut into 4 thin slices |
| 2 | carrots, sliced |
| 1 | orange, cut into pieces |
| 2 | apples, cut into pieces |
| 2 | Medjool dates, pitted |
| 2 dl | water |
| 2 ½ dl | coconut milk |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | white almond cream |
| 1 tsp | ginger, grated |
| some | ice cubes |
How it's done
Decoration
Press one slice of orange on the inside of each glass. Place the glasses in the freezer for approx. 30 mins.
Smoothie
Place the carrots and all the other ingredients up to and including the ginger in a blender, puree for approx. 1 min. until the mixture turns creamy. Divide the ice cubes between the ice-cold glasses, pour in the smoothie, serve.
