Quinoa porridge with apple
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 dl | full-cream milk |
1 pinch | salt |
150 g | quinoa |
1 | apple, coarsely grated |
2 tbsp | sugar |
150 g | half-fat quark |
1 | apple, cut into slices |
2 tbsp | almonds, coarsely chopped, roasted |
How it's done
Porridge
Bring the milk to the boil in a pan with the salt. Add the quinoa, apple and sugar, cover and simmer for approx. 20 mins., stirring occasionally.
Topping
Dish up the porridge, top with the quark, apple and almonds.
