Sausage and gnocchi gratin
Ingredients
for 4 person
550 g | gnocchi |
2 | pork bratwurst, sausage meat removed from the skin, cut into pieces |
2 | red pepper, cut into pieces |
4 dl | single cream |
4 tbsp | tomato puree |
80 g | grated Parmesan |
½ bunch | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Gratin
Mix the gnocchi, chopped sausage and red pepper in the prepared dish. Combine the cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, pour over the top.
To gratinate
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
