Sausage and gnocchi gratin

Ingredients

Gratin
550 g gnocchi
pork bratwurst, sausage meat removed from the skin, cut into pieces
red pepper, cut into pieces
4 dl single cream
4 tbsp tomato puree
80 g grated Parmesan
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Gratin

Mix the gnocchi, chopped sausage and red pepper in the prepared dish. Combine the cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, pour over the top.

To gratinate

Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
