A warming dessert fit for autumn. So incredibly simple and quick. With very little effort, this delicious dessert can be in the oven and ready to eat in no time at all. This plum crumble with cinnamon is best enjoyed warm.

Ingredients

for 4 person

Crumble
70 g light spelt flour
70 g cane sugar
60 g millet flakes
½ tsp cinnamon
80 g butter, cut into pieces, cold
500 g plums, pitted, quartered

How it's done

Crumble

Mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the cinnamon, add the butter, mix by hand until a crumbly texture is achieved. Arrange the plums in the prepared dish, top with the crumble.

To bake:

Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
