Plum crumble
Ingredients
for 4 person
70 g | light spelt flour |
70 g | cane sugar |
60 g | millet flakes |
½ tsp | cinnamon |
80 g | butter, cut into pieces, cold |
500 g | plums, pitted, quartered |
How it's done
Crumble
Mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the cinnamon, add the butter, mix by hand until a crumbly texture is achieved. Arrange the plums in the prepared dish, top with the crumble.
To bake:
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
