Clover Club Cocktail
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
2 ½ dl | gin |
3 | lemons, use only the juice (approx. 300 ml) |
6 tbsp | raspberry syrup |
50 g | frozen raspberries, slightly defrosted, some set aside |
2 | fresh egg whites |
ice cube |
How it's done
Cocktail
Pour 125 ml of gin, 6 tbsp of lemon juice, 3 tbsp of syrup, half of the raspberries and 1 egg white into a shaker, shake for approx. 15 secs. Add ice cubes, shake for a further 30 secs. Pour through a sieve into two glasses. Repeat the process. Garnish the glasses with the reserved raspberries.
