Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Cocktail
2 ½ dl gin
lemons, use only the juice (approx. 300 ml)
6 tbsp raspberry syrup
50 g frozen raspberries, slightly defrosted, some set aside
fresh egg whites
  ice cube

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour 125 ml of gin, 6 tbsp of lemon juice, 3 tbsp of syrup, half of the raspberries and 1 egg white into a shaker, shake for approx. 15 secs. Add ice cubes, shake for a further 30 secs. Pour through a sieve into two glasses. Repeat the process. Garnish the glasses with the reserved raspberries.
