Raclette with pear bread

Ingredients

200 g pear bread, thinly sliced
400 g raclette cheese in slices
pear, diced
a little  Tasmanian pepper

How it's done

Place the slices of pear bread in the raclette pans and toast under a raclette grill for approx. 5 mins. Add the cheese and pear, season, melt under the raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
