Ingredients

for 4 person

Vegetables
250 g carrots, halved lengthwise, cut diagonally into approx. 2 cm pieces
250 g raw beetroots, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
250 g Blaue St. Galler potatoes (blue potatoes), cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
300 g broccoli, cut into florets
apples, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp Italian herb mix
1 tsp salt
a little  pepper
To roast
chipolatas
pork bratwurst, cut diagonally into thirds
6 slice bacon, halved lengthwise

How it's done

Vegetables

Spread the vegetables and apples onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, mix with the oil, season.

To roast

Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Wrap all of the sausages in bacon. Remove the tray from the oven, place the sausages on top of the vegetables, cook in the upper half of the oven for approx. 20 mins.
