Oven-baked sausages and vegetables
Ingredients
for 4 person
250 g | carrots, halved lengthwise, cut diagonally into approx. 2 cm pieces |
250 g | raw beetroots, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces |
250 g | Blaue St. Galler potatoes (blue potatoes), cut into approx. 2 cm pieces |
300 g | broccoli, cut into florets |
2 | apples, sliced |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
½ tbsp | Italian herb mix |
1 tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
6 | chipolatas |
2 | pork bratwurst, cut diagonally into thirds |
6 slice | bacon, halved lengthwise |
How it's done
Vegetables
Spread the vegetables and apples onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, mix with the oil, season.
To roast
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Wrap all of the sausages in bacon. Remove the tray from the oven, place the sausages on top of the vegetables, cook in the upper half of the oven for approx. 20 mins.
