Potato gratin
Ingredients
for 4 person
800 g | mealy potatoes, peeled, cut into approx. 3 mm slices |
100 g | grated Gruyère |
4 dl | single cream |
1 | garlic clove, pressed |
a little | nutmeg |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Potatoes
Layer the potatoes and cheese in the prepared dish so that they overlap slightly.
Sauce
Mix the single cream with the garlic, season, pour over the potatoes.
To bake
Approx. 1 hr. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
