Roasted Brussels sprouts
Ingredients

400 g | Brussels sprouts, blanched, halved |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
¼ tsp | salt |
100 g | crème fraîche |
2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
½ | apple, finely grated |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Brussels sprouts
Mix the Brussels sprouts with the sugar, lemon juice and salt, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To roast
Approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 220 °C (convection).
Dip
Mix the crème fraîche, mayonnaise and apple, season.
