Smoothie bowls are a simple, refreshing breakfast (or lunch!) for the hot summer months. These smoothies are packed with healthy protein from hemp seeds, which gives the whole thing a wonderfully creamy flavour. Add a little nut butter and cocoa powder to enhance your smoothie even further. Enjoy!

Ingredients

for 4 person

Protein smoothie bowls
bananas peeled, frozen
4 dl oat drink or soya milk
1 ½ tbsp peanut butter
1 ½ tbsp Hemp seeds
1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
Toppings
banana, sliced
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp Hemp seeds

How it's done

Protein smoothie bowls

Puree the bananas in a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the cocoa, divide into bowls.

Toppings

Decorate the smoothie bowls with the toppings.
