Protein smoothie bowls
Ingredients
for 4 person
3 | bananas peeled, frozen |
4 dl | oat drink or soya milk |
1 ½ tbsp | peanut butter |
1 ½ tbsp | Hemp seeds |
1 ½ tbsp | cocoa powder |
1 | banana, sliced |
1 tbsp | pumpkin seeds |
2 tsp | chia seeds |
2 tsp | Hemp seeds |
How it's done
Protein smoothie bowls
Puree the bananas in a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the cocoa, divide into bowls.
Toppings
Decorate the smoothie bowls with the toppings.
