Linguine with creamy tomato pesto sauce
Ingredients
for 2 person
200 g | puréed tomatoes |
3 tbsp | basil pesto |
1 dl | full cream |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
250 g | pasta (e.g. linguine) |
salted water, boiling |
How it's done
Sauce
Heat the tomatoes, pesto and cream in a pan while stirring, simmer for approx. 5 mins., season.
Linguine
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Set aside approx. 50 ml of cooking water. Drain the pasta, add the pasta and cooking water to the sauce, mix well.
