Breakfast lollies with granola

This ice lolly is proof that ice lollies are perfectly acceptable for breakfast. It contains everything that you would find in your average breakfast – just in frozen form. And why not, when it's already so warm outside first thing in the morning! It's a great way to get the day off to a sweet start for kids and sleepy heads alike.

Ingredients

for 10 pieces

Ice lollies
500 g plain greek yoghurt
2 tbsp icing sugar
½  lemon, use only the juice
250 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen), gently crushed
2 tbsp Granola

How it's done

Ice lollies

Thoroughly mix the yoghurt with the sugar and lemon juice. Fill the ice lolly moulds with the yoghurt, berries and granola in alternate layers.

To freeze

Approx. 4 hrs.
