Carrot salad with cottage cheese
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 3 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 600 g | carrots, sliced |
| 100 g | walnut kernels, coarsely chopped |
| 50 g | dried figs, cut into cubes |
| 200 g | plain cottage cheese |
How it's done
Dressing
Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season.
Salad
Add the carrots, nuts and figs to the dressing, mix. Serve with cottage cheese.
