Tortelloni salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
| oil for frying | |
| 250 g | tortelloni with spinach & ricotta filling |
| 2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 300 g | cherry tomatoes, cut in half |
| 1 | cucumber, cut into slices |
How it's done
Tortelloni
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the tortelloni for approx. 5 mins.
Salad
Combine the balsamic and oil in a bowl, season. Add the tortelloni, cherry tomatoes and cucumber, mix.
