Summer punch

On a hot summer's day, a punch such as this one is the perfect refreshment. Of course, you can choose whatever fruit you like. For extra freshness, I recommend adding a couple of ice cubes just before serving!

Ingredients

for 8 person

(Makes approx. 2 1/2 l)
charentais melon, cut into pieces
200 g strawberries, cut into pieces
100 g raspberries
1 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp cane sugar
1 litre apple juice
1 litre sparkling mineral water
some  peppermint leaves

How it's done

(Makes approx. 2 1/2 l)

Chill the punch bowl. Place the fruit in the bowl along with the lemon juice and sugar, mix well. Pour in the apple juice and mineral water. Pour the punch into glasses, garnish with mint.
