Summer punch
Ingredients
for 8 person
| 1 | charentais melon, cut into pieces |
| 200 g | strawberries, cut into pieces |
| 100 g | raspberries |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| 4 tbsp | cane sugar |
| 1 litre | apple juice |
| 1 litre | sparkling mineral water |
| some | peppermint leaves |
How it's done
(Makes approx. 2 1/2 l)
Chill the punch bowl. Place the fruit in the bowl along with the lemon juice and sugar, mix well. Pour in the apple juice and mineral water. Pour the punch into glasses, garnish with mint.
