Pizza with grapes
Ingredients
for 2 person
1 | pizza dough, rolled into a circle (e.g. rustico, approx. 270 g) |
200 g | fondue cheese mix |
250 g | blue and white seedless grapes |
a little | pepper |
2 tbsp | dried onion |
How it's done
Pizza
Roll out the dough and place on a baking tray with baking paper. Top with the fondue cheese mix and grapes, season.
To bake
Approx. 25 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove and sprinkle the onion on top.
