Cherry muffins
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
300 g | white flour |
80 g | sugar |
1 parcel | vanilla sugar |
2 tsp | baking powder |
¼ tsp | salt |
200 g | crème fraîche |
2 | eggs |
1 dl | milk |
1 dl | sunflower oil |
300 g | cherry, pitted, halved |
How it's done
Batter
In a bowl, mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Mix together the crème fraîche, eggs, milk and oil, pour into the flour, mix in. Add the cherries, mix. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
To bake
Approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Remove the muffins from the tin.
