Chicken curry wrap
Ingredients
for 6 pieces
| oil for frying | |
| 500 g | tender chicken breast fillet |
| ½ tsp | hot curry powder |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 150 g | plain greek yoghurt |
| 2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
| 1 tsp | hot curry powder |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 6 | whole-grain tortilla |
| 3 | apricot, thinly sliced |
| 2 | baby lettuce, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Chicken
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Season the chicken, fry in batches on all sides for approx. 8 mins., remove.
Dressing
Combine the yoghurt and mayonnaise, season.
Wrap
Spread the dressing over the tortillas, add the chicken, apricots and lettuce, fold in the lower part, roll up.
