Strawberry ice lollies
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 1 dl | water |
| 100 g | sugar |
| 250 g | strawberry, cut into pieces |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 ½ dl | full cream |
How it's done
Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a pan, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 2 mins., leave to cool. Add the strawberries and lemon juice, puree. Stir in the cream. Transfer the mixture to the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 5 hrs. or overnight.
