Asian aubergine
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | toasted sesame oil |
| 1 | aubergine, diced |
| 1 tbsp | ginger, finely chopped |
| 1 dl | water |
| 2 tbsp | hoisin sauce |
| 1 tbsp | soy sauce |
| ½ tsp | sugar |
How it's done
Aubergine
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, stir fry the aubergine and ginger for approx. 10 mins. Add the water, Hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sugar, simmer for approx. 10 mins.
