Ingredients

Bread
200 g baguette, halved lengthwise and crosswise
60 g basil pesto
To bake
125 g different coloured cherry tomatoes, sliced
150 g mozzarella, torn

How it's done

Bread

Spread the cut surfaces with pesto, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Toast for approx. 5 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C, then remove. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on top, bake for approx. 15 mins.
