Tomato & mozzarella slices
Ingredients
for 2 person
200 g | baguette, halved lengthwise and crosswise |
60 g | basil pesto |
125 g | different coloured cherry tomatoes, sliced |
150 g | mozzarella, torn |
How it's done
Bread
Spread the cut surfaces with pesto, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Toast for approx. 5 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C, then remove. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on top, bake for approx. 15 mins.
