Linguine crudaiola
Ingredients
for 2 person
3 | vine-ripened tomato, diced |
1 | garlic clove, pressed |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
200 g | pasta (e.g. linguine) |
salted water, boiling | |
½ bunch | basil, roughly chopped |
How it's done
Crudaiola
Mix the tomatoes, garlic and oil, season.
Pasta
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain, mix with the tomatoes and basil, serve.
