Ingredients

Crudaiola
vine-ripened tomato, diced
garlic clove, pressed
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Pasta
200 g pasta (e.g. linguine)
  salted water, boiling
½ bunch basil, roughly chopped

How it's done

Crudaiola

Mix the tomatoes, garlic and oil, season.

Pasta

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain, mix with the tomatoes and basil, serve.
