Pasta salad in a jar
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 200 g | pasta (e.g. farfalle) |
| salted water, boiling |
| 2 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ bunch | basil, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 90 g | cured ham, thinly sliced |
| 250 g | different coloured cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 120 g | mozzarella cheese ball |
| 1 | charentais melon, thinly sliced, cut into thirds |
| 2 | baby lettuce, shredded |
| ½ bunch | basil, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Pasta
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.
Dressing
Whisk together the balsamic, lemon juice and oil, mix in the basil, season. Mix the dressing with the pasta, leave to cool.
Cured ham
Without adding any oil, fry the cured ham in a frying pan until crispy, allow to cool slightly, crumble.
Salad in a jar
Mix the pasta and cherry tomatoes with the remaining ingredients, transfer to the jars, top with the cured ham just before serving.
