Grilled vegetable salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
2 | courgettes, cut into slices |
1 | broccoli, cut into florets |
1 | avocado, quartered |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
3 tbsp | herbal vinegar |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste | |
6 | dates, pitted, cut into thin strips |
How it's done
Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
Mix the vegetables with the oil, season.
Grill the vegetables over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
Salad
Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season. Add the vegetables and dates mix.
