Grilled garlic bread
Ingredients
for 1 piece
100 g | butter, soft |
3 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
2 tbsp | dried Italian herbs |
1 | bread (e.g. farm-style baguette, approx. 280 g) |
1 piece | aluminium foil (approx. 15 x 30 cm) |
How it's done
To prepare the bread
Using the whisk on a hand mixer, beat the butter for approx. 3 mins., stir in the garlic and herbs. Make several incisions in the baguette, do not cut through it, distribute the garlic butter in the incisions. Wrap in aluminium foil.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
Grill the bread over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C, covered, for approx. 15 mins. Open the foil for the last 5 mins.
