Grilled plums with ice cream
Ingredients
for 2 person
250 g | plums, cut in half |
120 g | meringue nests, crumbled |
2 ball | walnut ice cream |
How it's done
Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
Cover and grill the plums on a medium heat/on the middle level (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. all over. Allow the fruit to cool slightly.
Plum-meringue bowl
Distribute the meringue in bowls, place plums and ice cream on top.
