Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
250 g plums, cut in half
Plum-meringue bowl
120 g meringue nests, crumbled
2 ball walnut ice cream

How it's done

Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

Cover and grill the plums on a medium heat/on the middle level (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. all over. Allow the fruit to cool slightly.

Plum-meringue bowl

Distribute the meringue in bowls, place plums and ice cream on top.
