Summer Punch
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 6 dl | Schweppes tonic (e.g. Indian Tonic Water) |
| 2 dl | vodka (e.g. Belvedere Pure) |
| 4 tbsp | rhubarb syrup |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 125 g | blackberries |
| 125 g | raspberries |
| 16 | ice cubes |
How it's done
Cocktail
Mix the tonic, vodka, syrup and lemon juice.
Punch
Divide half of the berries between the glasses, crush gently with a wooden spoon. Add the ice cubes, pour the cocktail over the top and garnish with the remainder of the berries.
