Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Mocktail
6 dl tonic water (e.g. Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water)
1 dl exotic syrup (e.g. Coop Naturaplan)
passion fruit, pulp scooped out
2 tbsp lemon juice
To garnish
16  ice cubes
passion fruit, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut in half
short wooden skewers

How it's done

Mocktail

Mix the tonic, syrup, passion fruit pulp and lemon juice.

To garnish

Divide the ice cubes between the glasses. Pour in the mocktail, thread the passion fruit halves on to the wooden skewers, use to garnish the mocktail.
