Spiced gin and tonic
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
1 dl | pomegranate juice |
1 ½ tbsp | sugar |
ice cube | |
2 dl | gin (e.g. Opihr) |
6 dl | tonic water (e.g. Schweppes Tonic Hibiscus) |
4 tbsp | pomegranate seeds |
How it's done
Pomegranate syrup
Bring the pomegranate juice and sugar to the boil in a small pan, simmer until the sugar has dissolved, leave to cool.
Spiced gin and tonic
Divide the ice cubes, gin, tonic and pomegranate seeds between the glasses. Drizzle approx. 2 tbsp of syrup over the top of each drink.
