Rhubarb and mint cocktail

Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Cocktail
  ice cube
2 dl gin (e.g. Old Curiosity Apothecary Rose Gin)
8 tbsp rhubarb syrup
8 tbsp lemon juice
6 dl water (e.g. Coop Naturaplan mint water)
cardamom pods, crushed
4 sprig peppermint

How it's done

Cocktail

Divide the ice cubes between the glasses. Mix the gin, syrup and lemon juice, pour into the glasses. Top up the cocktail with the mint water, garnish with the cardamom and mint.
