Rhubarb and mint cocktail
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
ice cube | |
2 dl | gin (e.g. Old Curiosity Apothecary Rose Gin) |
8 tbsp | rhubarb syrup |
8 tbsp | lemon juice |
6 dl | water (e.g. Coop Naturaplan mint water) |
8 | cardamom pods, crushed |
4 sprig | peppermint |
How it's done
Cocktail
Divide the ice cubes between the glasses. Mix the gin, syrup and lemon juice, pour into the glasses. Top up the cocktail with the mint water, garnish with the cardamom and mint.
