Family sandwich
Ingredients
for 4 person
50 g | butter, soft |
50 g | cream cheese |
30 g | red tapenade |
15 g | Micro Greens (e.g. mild), finely chopped |
100 g | Landjäger, diced |
1 | pagnol bread, cut open |
150 g | mountain cheese, thinly sliced |
¼ | cucumber, sliced |
1 | tomato, sliced |
1 | hard-boiled egg, sliced |
15 g | Micro Greens (e.g. mild) |

How it's done
Butter mixture
Using the whisk on a hand mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese and tapenade for approx. 2 mins. until light and creamy. Mix in the micro greens, spread half of the mixture on one side of the bread. Mix the Landjäger sausage into the remaining mixture, spread on the other side of the bread.
Sandwich
Place the cheese and cucumber on the bread. Arrange the tomato on top of the meat, egg and micro greens on the other half of the bread. Wrap the sandwich in sandwich paper and tie with kitchen twine.
