Blueberry muffins
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
250 g | light spelt flour |
¼ tsp | salt |
80 g | sugar |
2 tsp | baking powder |
125 g | butter, melted, left to cool |
1 ¼ dl | milk |
2 | egg |
350 g | blueberry |
How it's done
Muffin batter
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk the butter, milk and eggs, pour into the dry ingredients, whisk together quickly. Mix in the blueberries. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
To bake
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove the muffins from the tin.
