Cocktail

12	ice cubes
3 dl	Lillet
1 dl	vodka (e.g. Absolut Elyx)
1 dl	calvados apple brandy
3 dl	clear apple juice
4 tsp	lemon juice
½	apple, thinly sliced

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the ice cubes in a shaker, add 150 ml of Lillet, 50 ml of vodka, 50 ml of Calvados, 150 ml of apple juice and 2 tsp of lemon juice. Seal the shaker and shake for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail into 2 glasses and garnish with apple slices. Repeat the process.
