Iced tea with Alpine herbs
Ingredients
for 2 litres
5 | herbal tea bag (e.g. Alpine herbs) |
2 litre | water, boiling |
3 tbsp | cane sugar |
2 stick | peppermint |
1 | lemon, use only the juice |
How it's done
Tea
Pour the water over the tea bags, add the sugar and mint, allow to infuse for approx. 10 mins. Remove the tea bags, leave the tea to cool.
Iced tea
Add the lemon juice, cover and chill for at least 2 hrs.
