Iced tea with Alpine herbs

Ingredients

for 2 litres

Tea
herbal tea bag (e.g. Alpine herbs)
2 litre water, boiling
3 tbsp cane sugar
2 stick peppermint
Iced tea
lemon, use only the juice

How it's done

Tea

Pour the water over the tea bags, add the sugar and mint, allow to infuse for approx. 10 mins. Remove the tea bags, leave the tea to cool.

Iced tea

Add the lemon juice, cover and chill for at least 2 hrs.
