Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Cocktail
2 dl gin (e.g. non-alcoholic Siegfried Wonderleaf)
6 dl ice tea (e.g. Earl Grey)
pink grapefruit, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, zest peeled with a zester, 50 ml juice
12  ice cubes
100 g cucumbers, in slices
a little  pepper

How it's done

Cocktail

Mix the gin, ice tea and grapefruit juice. Divide the ice cubes and cucumber slices between the glasses, pour the gin mixture over the top. Twist the grapefruit peel, garnish the cocktails with the peel and a pinch of pepper.
