Creamy strawberry cocktail
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 200 g | frozen strawberries |
| 4 dl | coconut water |
| 4 dl | Baileys (e.g. Strawberries Baileys) |
| 8 | ice cubes |
How it's done
Cocktail
Puree the strawberries and coconut water in a blending cup, pour 1/4 into the glasses. Pour the remainder of the puree into a shaker along with the Baileys and ice cubes, seal tightly, shake well for approx. 30 secs., pour it over the strawberry & coconut puree, use a wooden skewer to create a marble effect.
