Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Mule
16  ice cubes
2 dl whisky (e.g. Talisker Storm)
4 tbsp maple syrup (e.g. Coop Naturaplan)
6 dl ginger beer
100 g cucumbers, in slices
1 cm ginger, in 4 slices

How it's done

Mule

Fill the glasses with ice cubes, top with the whiskey and maple syrup. Pour in the ginger beer, garnish with the sliced cucumber and ginger.
