Lemon and basil spritzer
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 16 | ice cubes |
| 2 tbsp | ginger syrup |
| 6 sprig | basil, 2 sprigs set aside, the rest torn |
| ½ | lemon, thinly sliced |
| 8 dl | water (e.g. lemon flavoured water) |
How it's done
Cocktail
Divide the syrup, basil and lemon slices between the glasses, crush gently with a wooden spoon. Pour in the flavoured water, add the ice cubes, garnish with the reserved basil.
