Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Cocktail
16  ice cubes
2 tbsp ginger syrup
6 sprig basil, 2 sprigs set aside, the rest torn
½  lemon, thinly sliced
8 dl water (e.g. lemon flavoured water)

How it's done

Cocktail

Divide the syrup, basil and lemon slices between the glasses, crush gently with a wooden spoon. Pour in the flavoured water, add the ice cubes, garnish with the reserved basil.
