Grapefruit vodka tonic

Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Cocktail
12  ice cubes
pink grapefruit, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, zest peeled with a zester, juice squeezed out (yields approx. 150 ml)
2 dl vodka (e.g. Absolut Grapefruit)
4 dl tonic water (e.g. Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Angostura)
4 sprig rosemary

How it's done

Cocktail

Divide the ice cubes and grapefruit zest between the glasses. Pour in the vodka, tonic and grapefruit juice. Gently scorch the rosemary sprigs with a blowtorch or lighter, use to garnish the cocktails.
