Grapefruit vodka tonic
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 12 | ice cubes |
| 1 | pink grapefruit, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, zest peeled with a zester, juice squeezed out (yields approx. 150 ml) |
| 2 dl | vodka (e.g. Absolut Grapefruit) |
| 4 dl | tonic water (e.g. Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Angostura) |
| 4 sprig | rosemary |
How it's done
Cocktail
Divide the ice cubes and grapefruit zest between the glasses. Pour in the vodka, tonic and grapefruit juice. Gently scorch the rosemary sprigs with a blowtorch or lighter, use to garnish the cocktails.
