Gnocchi
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 200 g | diced bacon |
| 500 g | gnocchi |
| 250 g | mushrooms, in slices |
| 100 g | pitted green olives, finely chopped |
| 250 g | cherry tomatoes, cut in half |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 dl | water |
| 100 g | plain cottage cheese |
How it's done
Gnocchi
In a non-stick frying pan, gently fry the bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside. Briefly fry the gnocchi in the same pan. Add the mushrooms and olives, fry for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside. Briefly sauté the cherry tomatoes in the same pan, season. Pour in the water, simmer for approx. 10 mins. Return the gnocchi, mushrooms and bacon to the pan, heat through. Serve with cottage cheese.
