Gratinated chicken breasts
Ingredients
for 2 person
| oil for frying | |
| 2 | chicken breast (approx. 300 g), halved lengthwise |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 100 g | single cream for sauces |
| 1 | organic lemon, grated zest, 1 1/2 tbsp of juice |
| 60 g | grated Parmesan |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Chicken
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, salt the chicken, fry for approx. 3 mins. on each side, transfer to the prepared dish. Combine the cream, lemon zest and lemon juice with 40 g of parmesan, season, pour over the chicken breasts. Top with the remainder of the parmesan.
To roast
Approx. 15 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
