Dumpling soup
Ingredients
for 2 person
| oil, for frying | |
| 300 g | Dumplings (ex. Shrimp Dim Sum) |
| 1 litre | beef bouillon |
| 200 g | pak choi, cut into strips |
| 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
| salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Dim sum
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the dumplings for approx. 2 mins. on each side, set aside.
Stock
Bring the stock to the boil in a pan, add the pak choi and soy sauce, cook for approx. 5 mins. Add the reserved dumplings, cook for a further 2 mins., season.
