Ingredients

for 2 person

Dim sum
  oil, for frying
300 g Dumplings (ex. Shrimp Dim Sum)
Stock
1 litre beef bouillon
200 g pak choi, cut into strips
2 tbsp soy sauce
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Dim sum

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the dumplings for approx. 2 mins. on each side, set aside.

Stock

Bring the stock to the boil in a pan, add the pak choi and soy sauce, cook for approx. 5 mins. Add the reserved dumplings, cook for a further 2 mins., season.
