Beef sandwich

Ingredients

for 2 person

Meat
  oil for frying
250 g beef strips (à la minute)
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
white bread (e.g. mini ciabatta), cut open
Sandwich
150 g plain greek yoghurt
garlic clove, squeezed
¼ tsp salt
45 g baby lettuce
2 tbsp red currant jelly, stirred until smooth

How it's done

Meat

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat in batches for approx. 3 mins. each, season and remove. Toast the bread rolls (cut side down) in the same pan for approx. 1 min.

Sandwich

Mix the yoghurt, garlic and salt, spread over the cut sides of the bread. Add the meat, salad and jelly.
