Marinated summer fruits
Ingredients
for 8 person
1 dl | Prosecco |
1 tbsp | elderflower syrup |
2 | peaches, cut into slices |
3 | apricots, cut into pieces |
125 g | raspberries |
125 g | blueberries |
125 g | red currants |
125 g | strawberries, cut into slices |
½ bunch | basil, torn |
100 g | butter biscuit (e.g. shortbread), coarsely crushed |
How it's done
Fruit
Combine the prosecco and syrup. Add the fruit, stir, leave to infuse for at least 30 mins. Scatter the basil and biscuits over the top just before serving.
