Fruit
1 dl Prosecco
1 tbsp elderflower syrup
peaches, cut into slices
apricots, cut into pieces
125 g raspberries
125 g blueberries
125 g red currants
125 g strawberries, cut into slices
½ bunch basil, torn
100 g butter biscuit (e.g. shortbread), coarsely crushed

How it's done

Fruit

Combine the prosecco and syrup. Add the fruit, stir, leave to infuse for at least 30 mins. Scatter the basil and biscuits over the top just before serving.
