Peach and sour cream popsicles
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 250 g | peaches, cut into pieces |
| 60 g | icing sugar |
| 1 ½ tbsp | lemon juice |
| ½ dl | full cream |
| 2 tbsp | icing sugar |
| 1 dl | sour single cream |
How it's done
Peach puree
Puree the peach and sugar with the lemon juice until smooth.
Sour cream ice cream
Beat the cream with the icing sugar until stiff, mix carefully into the sour single cream, fill the ice lolly moulds with layers of the ice cream mixture and peach puree, freeze for approx. 6 hrs.
